CE 8.5 Destination File Name

I am looking for a way to format the SI_STARTTIME variable property under the Specified File Name for a report destination. The date format used for SI_STARTTIME uses the format YYYY-MM-DD-HH-MM-SS and we are needing the format YYYYMMDD.

There are ways to set the DestFileName property through .csp but the only dynamic properties that can be added are: SI_NAME, SI_ID, SI_OWNER, EXT and SI_STARTTIME and they do not document any ways to format the mask for SI_STARTTIME. Has anyone else run into this problem?
