"COMMUNICATION ERROR, no details given" I'm seeing this prompt whenever I'm running a crystal report through ePortfolio connecting to SQL database located at another company branch. This wasn't always the case. The report would occassionally extract the data from the SQL database, but more often times I'm seeing this message error.

It sounds like connectivity...can you:
Run the report from within Crystal Reports?
Query the database from another tool using the same SQL?
If neither, it may be that the database isn't available.
