CE 8.5 ActiveX viewer in Multi-language environments?

We have both the English and French versions of Crystal Enterprise 8.5 installed - an outside contractor did some modification work to ePortfolio (prior to my arrival) to allow users to "toggle" between the languages which appears to work OK.

However, I have noticed that when ePortfolio users are using the ActiveX viewer the viewer controls (ie. "Please Provide Information", "Next", "Cancel", etc..) are always in English, no matter what language has been selected in ePortfolio.

This leaves me with two questions that I am hoping you can help me with....

1.) Is there a separate FRENCH ActiveX viewer for CE 8.5 with FRENCH viewer controls? (...and for that matter Spanish, German, etc...)

2.) How are other Multi-language environments handling the ActiveX viewer for CE 8.5?

Got the answer from a technical contact at CD - the ActiveX viewer uses the language of the OS on the PC.

Example : If you want the ActiveX viewer to display it's prompts in FRENCH, you need to be working on a PC with a FRENCH Operating System installed.
