CE 10 Viewer: Group Tree Behavior on Drill Down

Report runs in CE 10. When clicking on the Group Tree, user is brought to proper place in report but the Group Tree (frame) resets unpredictably (to me). Sometimes it scrolls all the way up, other times all the way down and others times midway rather than staying at the drilling point.

Problem occurs when viewing reports using the Viewer in CE 10. Problem does not occur when viewing reports using the Preview tab and its Group Tree in Crystal Reports 9.

Is there a way to control the Group Tree scrolling settings in CE 10?
