CE 10 - "Ensure that CRPE32 is installed on this computer."

I'm trying to add a report onto CE using the SDK (.NET). Followed through the documentation, and upon getting to the part where I'm adding the Report object data to the InfoObjects collection, I get the error below. I am using the Add method of the collection, supplying the path and filename of the report.

Any insight will be greatly appreciated.

Somewhere in the chain you are missing the SDK or one of the SDK locations isn't patched the same as the CE-10 infrastructure.

Are you getting this issue on your local .NET developer SDK workstation, or after it has been deployed...?

Are your .NET developer SDK workstation, build station, .NET webserver, and the CE-10 environment all patched with the same CE patches...?

Have you installed and patched the .NET SDK on your build station and .NET webserver...?

I am getting the issue locally. I have .NET 1.1, and CE 10 installed on my local machine. And yes, I have installed the patches.

Any further insight will be greatly appreciated.
