CE 10, page won't load

Hello,
I'm using CE 10 on XP SP3, running IIS. I can open the Admin Launchpad, but when I try to open the Crystal Management Console or any other page from there, I get the error "The website cannot display the page" the URL it is trying to open is:

http://cle-btb8bb1/crystal/enterpri...iveredirect.csp?goto=../../admin/default.htm.

Any ideas on how to fix this, or can I go to the pages directly?

After many changes, I can now get to the Admin Console, but any futher pages give the http 500 error. I'm 99% sure it's due to limited rights on the machine, does anyone have any idea what would need to be granted to fix this issue?
