CE 10 Licenses

hi,
I have 5 free CE user licenses with Crystal Reports 10.

When I put the key code in upon install I recieved, by email, a non-expiring key-code. How do I apply the new key code without reinstalling the product.

Also, do the 5 free user licenses mean that only 5 user accoutns can be set up by the administrator? Or does it mean 5 instances of CE can be installed?

My understanding is that there are 5 concurrent licences so any 5 people can be connected at a time.

As far as updating the licence code if the install you have is like the CE Professional edition then there will be a "Crystal Management Console" which is accessible from the launchpad. Once you have signed in there will be a "Manage Authorization" option and from there you can replace the licence codes. To get to the CMC the URL is usually like :

http://yourservername/crystal/enterprise9/admin/en/admin.cwr
