CE 10 Export Issue

Hello,
We have some reports which were created in CR 10 and currently being distributed using CE 10 in a .NET application. The issue we are facing is that everytime a report is executed from the web browser and we click on the envelope sign to export the report and when we type the name and select export type, we get the following error message.
"The report was not exported. The selected export format maybe diabled on the server".
We get this error message for all the export formats. I am not really familiar with CE. Can someone please tell me how to resolve this issue.

Hi,
Check to see if the Export functions were installed with CE..

One way ( if the .NET version is like the Windows version) is to re-run the setup program from the CD and you should be given a choice to change the existing installation.,.look under the Export section to be sure all the ones you want are checked..If they already are, then run the 'Repair' option to see if that fixes it..

Sounds like an Advanced right has been set to Denied on those reports.

Does the same thing happen if you are logged in as Administrator?

Turkbear,
I looked for the installed options and all the formats are selected in there. I am able to export the report into different formats if I do it directly from Crystal. I see the error message when I try it from a web browser.

I am pretty sure that I have the Advanced rights. Can you please tell me how to double check this?
