CE 10.0 Sub Report Drill Down Issue

Hi,

We have CE 10.0 with SP4, CR 10.0 and Oracle 8i.

We have bunch of report which have sub reports in it set as "View on Demand" reports. When users try to click on the link to view the sub report data, they are getting following error:

The database logon information for this report is either incomplete or incorrect. [On Cache/Page Server:crystal-papp01-p.pageserver]

I have tried the same with ActiveX, Java Viewer as well as DHTML viewer but problem stays same.

Anybody know what might be happening.

If you look at the report via CMC and then view the database login information is it completed ie the username AND password ? Also, are there any other reports that use this connection and have subreports ? Do these work ?

All database login's are corerct.

This is a known issue in CE 10.0. Installed the hotfix and it is working fine.
