cdrw formatted on win2k problems!

I am having a problem with formatting a cdrw on a win2k machine and then later wanting to use the cdrw on a winxp machine the winxp machine will read the disk but when i try to write to it i get an error about not being allowed to write to the disk we are using roxio easy cd creator 5 and it is installed on all of the machines.

You will need to have DirectCD runnning. Dircetcd has to mount it. It is kind of the controller for the CDRWs. When you format the CDRW on the setting
make to play on any computer. That should fix it.

Need to be able to write to it not only to read it.
