I am trying to setup a CDR Call Accounting Package which I have done COUNTLESS times before so i know what im doing, however I keep getting access denied from the CDR pull.

I have a user setup on the BCM with access to CDR and a matching username and password on a Windows machine.

By chance, is your BCM using 3.6 software? I had the same inability to pull CDR records, tried almost everything, and then saw an earlier post in this forum. I loaded service update 4 for 3.6 [BCM_360_346_SU_99_4.exe]. Then I could pull them no problem using the CDR client apps.

Unfortunately, I got 3.7 with service update 3 and still no joy.
