The only person who uses the CDR Reporting tool is the lady who supervises our service desk which use IPCC.
As she is absent I have to look up/create a report for one ext on a certain date. I can log onto the CDR admin page but only get 1 option under "bills" which is "Individual". From there the Report Type can only be Summary or Detail. After this I can only chnage the dates for the report.
Does my login - which I assume is the one the supervisor is using need something enabling for more detailed searches? I cannot understand how she gets her call reports from this.

Your login doesn't sound like it has Administrator rights. Login with an account that has Administrator rights and add your login to the Administrator list or have the Administrator do so..

The first time that you log in to the CAR tool try User ID- admin...Password- admin...Then log out and log back in w/ your user ID and Password...Let us know how you make out
