How do I collect CDR from a BCM 400? We have a customer who wants to collect call data for in coming calls. They've been having some bomb scares recently. Any suggestions?

You can push the records or pull them. The pull client is less than stellar, but may work. There is a realtime client that seems to work fairly well once you get it working. Easiest way is to configure the BCM to push the records to a FTP server, then retrieve the logs from the FTP server. You can manually invoke the transfer during the day if the need arises, or just have the system dump the logs daily, weekly or monthly as so desired.
