CDR - Where can I find raw .CDR files on my CS1000E 7.65 system using Winscp?

My CDR buffer is 69% full. My DBA tool was not connected for a week or so. When I reconnected it, it only gets recent CDR. The stuff it missed will not download and the buffer stays 69% full. I am told the missing stuff is the 69% in the buffer. When I WinSCP to the CS1000 I look in /u/smp_db expecting to see all my .cdr files but they are not in there. Are they located somewhere else? Does my "admin" login not show them? Can anyone help? Thanks!!!!

I'm not sure on release 7.65, but I found this report for 7.5 below.

CS1000 rls 7.5 with the DBA feature enabled

STAT BUF in LD117 shows the storage used to be over 100%:
