When I log on to CDR I am only allowed to see one report (Bills). how can I change my rights so I can get all the reports, and is it on the pub or the sub? Thanks in advance

You need to log in with an account that has Admin rights to see all the reports. Once you log in as Admin, you can add your login to have Admin rights.
