CDR tty stop of sending records..

Hi all

we have problem with CDR TTY port within CS1K...all work good before, but after sometime it is stopped.

we have check all wiring connexion..and configuration within PBX such as LD 15 CDR_Data...LD 17 ADAN TTY 6 (CTY)..all this seems to be good.

I have also stat over LD 37 (ENBL)...but the same issue.


Any help please...?

Do you have a Option 61/81?. I've know a problem to happen with a CNI card. Check it in LD 135.

Paddle board on a 61/81 issue? red light on? Can you comnnect a terminal or laptop to the TTY and get anything on it?

no it is CS1000 Rls 6.0

I have connect my laptop with this TTY port that is configured as CTY, but I can't receive anything....!!!

Can somone show me how to start and stop a CRD report. Im trying to program and it keep running

if you are seeing the output you are on the tty with CDR on it unless you are seein D Channel messages
