CDR through ftp 1

I set DBA and CDR data are save in file dba.cdr.
I get this file through ftp.
When I getting this file meridian add new records to this file.

How OTM gets data CDR from Meridian?
How procedure i must use to gets data CDR through ftp?

the link between cdr and otm is ip, the link between cdr and a pc/term is serial.. i use a serial port to a pc running a script file in procomm. very short script that starts a capture file, does a pause for 24 hours, closes the file and loops to the start. i set up the file name uner download options to be the tod/dow (23:59 3SEP04.CAP) then i use the scheduler in procomm to ftp that file to the comp center were they use macros to sort the file by dept (des) longest call, most freq called ld etc.. and they can pull a monthly report on any ext number.. the sort is a very simple macro that took a few hours to write. i don't have a copy of that one but can post a copy of the procomm script if it will be of some help...
