CDR through Auto-Attendant

I am trying to get CDR data routing through the Auto-Attendant (AA) of the V-mail. I have added extension #s for AA hunt group, voice ports of the v-mail and stations the calls get routed too from the AA too intra-switch CDR, but I do not see the call in the Call Accounting software. I have Tap-it call accounting software.

I do see the call being routed in the SMDR monitor. Basically I see the call get routed from a voice-mail port to the station and a second entree of me calling the AA over the PRI from my cell, when I hang up the call. But if I do a report of the station or voice-mail port in Tap-it, I do not see the call? Does anyone know a work around for this? I called Tap-it, but they say the Definity does not support this accounting. I am using a Key-Voice v-mail. Anyone have this problem? I would think there must be a way to track the call, since AA are used everywhere?
