CDR Software recommendations

Y'all forgive me if this has been asked and answered, but I have a big boss breathing down my neck with money burning a hole in his pocket. What software packages are available / recommended to pull cdr type data from stand-alone IPO's? We have about 28 or so in our clinics and someone needs (wants) to know call volumes and other data for staffing decisions.

First of all, you need a good server for your quantity of PBX. Because all these PBXs generate a bug data volume, the server should be fast to process it fast and build reports at an appropriate time. It is possible, you need your optimized reporting. You may look for the logger.
