CDR searching / privileges

Can you all help me with two questions...

1. What program do most people use to search CDR records and format them for a better presentation?

2. Is there anyway that I can give CDR viewing privileges for only a specific range of phones?

(i.e. I have 25 phones. I want to give CDR privileges for 10 phones to one supervisor and give rights for the other 15 phones to another supervisor)
