CDR Repository issue

Having issues with CCM 7.1 only sending CMR's
I was sending both, then something happened and now it is only sending CMR's

I have restarted the service, rebuilt the repository without any success.

Anything else I can look at?

where is it sending it to? How is it connected?
Can you read CDR records using the built in cdr reporting or
RTMT?

Sending it to an FTP server.

I have not tried to read the CDR's via the CAR reports
