CDR Reports

Can anyone suggest a good (basic) CDR reporting tool for CUCM. I don't need a bunch of bells and whistles - just basic stuff that a normal PBX would offer.
Examples: all calls made to and from a certain extension during a given day/time period. Peg counts on trunks. Database search for dialed digits.

We use Officewatch solution from metropolis.

suits our billing and call accounting needs.

But in the end, I also use sql queries on CallManager through SSH.

Give Variphy a chance. It is easy to create custom reports such as extension numbers, departments, and duration.

Try ATCOM, they provide an on line web based service, storing all the records for you. It is convenient, user friendly, and you do not have to worry about storing and backing up all the data etc, they do all that for you.
