CDR reports contain obvious incorrect data

Hi all. First post in this forum.

Have a NBX V3000 running R6_0_63. When I run CDR reports (also often when looking at real-time-stats) the numbers are wrong... like a 7-day report showing 55 calls for the week (way off), but an average of 28 per day (possibly correct). Or for a day, 55 answered, 4 abandoned. Where is the other 1?

In the real-time, I will walk past 3 logged-in agents and see it's showing "1" or "2" or even "-1"...!

Is this a bug with my NBX, or...?

The CDR reports behaves like this regardless of CDR version (I've tried 6.0.8, 6.0.14, 6.0.17, 6.0.18) and for the real-time, I'm using the latest version available - 6.0.1.

if you look on 3com's ftp site there is a 6.0.64 build on there that had some ACD fixes.
