Ok, so I got by BCM 400 3.7 to push to my FTP server.

Now what do I use to look at the zip file, ther are a bunch of Record.date and record.cdr.date, what application should I usee to look at the records?
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Import into Access or Excel. Otherwise you'll need a CDR package to make the files friendly, such as the RSI call accounting package.
