I have a client whom recently upgraded from a Norstar MICS with SMDR and recently to a BCM 400 RLS 3.7 and the daily cdr push
is not providing them an hour by hour window into call records.
Is there any way on to have the BCM push the call records more frequently than just once a day on Rel 3.7? If so, how?
