CDR Report time incorrect

Hi All,
Can anyone advise where the timestamp on CDR records comes from, I have correct time on CCM Publisher Windows server but timestamp on CDR reports is 1 hour behind, and for Holland 2 hours behind (Holland is in a date time group of GMT+1 hour)

Is there a Enterprise setting somewhere?
