CDR Records

I currently have my Option61C setup to output CDR records to an MDR2000 box for collection by OTM. However, the switch only seems to be outputting outgoing calls to the MDR2000. How can I program the CDR port to output both inbound and outbound call records?

check the CDR prompts in the route.

cdr = yes
inc = yes
last = yes
yada..yada..yada..

That should do it...we capture all types of calls then parse out the information into a spreadsheet.
