CDR Records

Hello,

I am new to the Nortel platform and still doing alot of learning.

I am trying to find the easiest way to retrieve CDR records from the phone switch and easiest way to display and review. Could someone get step by step on how to retrieve CDR records from Nortel Cs1000 phone switch?

It depends on the version of CS1000 system. Typically it's common to use a serial port with USER = CTY and have it to output to a computer running some sort of Call logging software or to just capture the raw data.

Other ways are via a Ethernet connection. The old OTM tool had a data buffering and access facility that allowed you to collect the CDR data.
