CDR Records showing ACOD

Anyone know how to remove the route ACOD from showing up in the CDR records.
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
need to be removed by the software collecting data. All Software I have worked with has a field to exclude that info - usually where the Trunk info is setup.

1.Inter change the ACOD from RDB and ESN (AC1 or AC2)

2. Enable the PRE translation and modify e.g. 9 xx
(where xx = Ac1 or AC2)
