CDR records not being generated

I have a COT route built that carries 911 calls. Calls are going out over the route successfully but the Option 11 is not generating a CDR record for these calls. This is a 2 member COT route, ground start trunks and the SUPN is set to YES. The CDR option in the RDB is set to YES. I changed all CDR options in the RDB to yes but no record was generated. I changed the SUPN on the individual trunks to NO and changed the OAL setting in the RDB to NO but it still didn't generate a record. There is no ESA programmed in this PBX and I'm out of ideas. Any suggestions?
 
I'm assuming you are getting CDR on other routes? It's defined in the CDB? And CTY is in the user field for the CDR port?
 
Yes, other routes are generating CDR records just fine, this particular route is the only one that's not and I even routed some calls away from the T1 onto this COT route but it didn't make a difference.
 
So are you looking directly at the CDR output from the TTY port to determine this? Or are you using TM or some other Call Accounting system to determine this?
 
Looking directly at the TTY port for testing purposes. I removed/rebuilt the trunk members and the RDB itself and now everything is working so I'm not sure where it got hosed. Thanks for your reply
