CDR Question

I connected a new CDR App to my Opt 11 [Microcall] but noticed it is not tracking DN to DN calls [internal ext to ext calls]. I checked the CDR in LD 15 and ADAN, but did not see anything that will allow this. Any ideas as to how to allow the tracking of DN to DN calls for CDR?

If you want DN to DN you need to change ICDD to ICDA in the CLS of the phone. I hope there is a good reason for doing this, because unless you have MAT or OPTV you may have a lot of typing
