I'd like you to confirm the expected contents of a CDR L record
The call setup is :
Extension A rings Extension B
Extension B has Call Forward No Reply set to Call Pilot IVR
The call is dealt with by IVR and the call clears

In the CDR L Record we have the DN of Extension A and the Call Pilot Agent id
There is no mention of Extension B' DN in the L Record. Just total ringtimes
This looks like the correct output for an L Record given the above setup.
Can you confirm that this is so.

we want to see details of Extension B in the L record. Can this be done
System is a CS1000 running 05.50J software.
 
I think what your getting is all you'll get. Since extension B never connected to the call I don't think you can get a record for it. Someone here might come up with something else to try.
