My customer has 3 sites. 2 of these sites are connected by a PRI. Here is the scenario...
Customer receives a phone call and the call goes to Voicemail.
The CDR report shows that the call goes straight through to voicemail, instead of showing that the call came into an extenstion, then went to voicemail.
The 2 other sites which are connected by PRI are showing the proper sequence of extension then to voicmail.
Any ideas?? He has changed the settings to show Last=No.
