CDR Question...

My customer has 3 sites. 2 of these sites are connected by a PRI. Here is the scenario...

Customer receives a phone call and the call goes to Voicemail.

The CDR report shows that the call goes straight through to voicemail, instead of showing that the call came into an extenstion, then went to voicemail.

The 2 other sites which are connected by PRI are showing the proper sequence of extension then to voicmail.

Any ideas?? He has changed the settings to show Last=No.

If the 2 sites are connected with PRI’s what is the 3rd site connected by ?
Post cdr data, route data and members from the 3rd site.

what site is the call coming into- is it the same as where the mail is?

In the meantime, you might check OAN in the CDR section of the route data block.
Is it the same for all sites? If OAN is set to yes, a record won't be generated on an FNA condition back to voicemail.
(changing this to no may have other implications however)
