I am in the process of getting CDR up and going. My CDR version is 4.1(0.45) running on CCM 4.1(3). I have already gotten into the admin account and made myself the admin for the system. The problem is when I attempt to view a record I get the following error;

30061: Data is not available in the database

Anyone have any ideas? I also enabled the CDR enable flag and Call Diagnostic, as well as actived the service.

Have you turned in on in enterpise params as well as in service params under call manager? you'll need to do that for both pub and sub.

under the impression from another tech, it could have been a bad install when the CCM was installed in 2005. So I went in and uninstalled the CDR and in the process of reinstalling it, it says that there is already an ART database there. I found the database in the SQL service, is this what I need to delete to get CDR reinstalled properly?

yes you need to deinstall CAR and ART also. There is a doc on cco on how to do this by the way.

check this link out but I don't think this is your issue. I think your configuration is not complete.
The bug below I have run into but as you see it is a different error that what you get.
the one you get is telling you there is no data in your database. Did you check and see if there is anything in the CAR and ART and CDR db?

here is an FAQ link as well:

After reinstalling last night, and making sure the CDR flags were enabled on both the pub and sub I am no longer getting the errors. Now I just need to give it a day to see if it is going to pull the data.
