CDR question

I am posting this on behalf of a colleague who cannot access this site at the time:
I have a MIRAN 1 card and need to know how I can record an on hold message. I can dial the CDN for the MIRAN but when I put in the password 4321#, it just sits there (I wait about 1 minute). But if I hit the pound key twice it tells me incorrect password?

You have to hit the pound twice or the system doesn't know you are through with your entry. It sounds like someone changed the set based password on you.
