Cdr problem

I have a problem with a pbx option 11 Rls 21.23. When I look at the cdr records, sometimes I see calls that last 5 minutes while the end time (N-record) is one minute earlier than the start time (A-record), or calls that last 5 minutes while the start time end the end time are the same.??
