CDR PRI giving error 513

could use some help here guys. i'm trying to setup some call accounting software and my cdr port is giving me an error number 513. could this be from a bad serial cable? any insite would be of great help.

Error type 513 usually means that the port is busy. Status the link and se if it busy. Sound like you allready have a port active.

Error 513 means connectivity problem/issue, Either the serial cable or the serial port is BAD. Also don't forget to check the port on the system, Are you connecting to EIA port or extending a Data port, check the port also .

In most cases However the serial cable is found to be Bad.
