CDR per set basis

Our site is set up to record all external incomming and outgoing calls.

The HR section want to set up an anonymous help line, is there any way I can stop the call detail records for this particular extension only from being recorded?

 
Assuming the anonymous help line will be routed on it's own trunk group, you could put CDR "no" in the RDB of that trunk group (could be a single trunk trunk group if you so wish). If they are using an existing trunk group that needs to continue CDR then I am not aware of a way you could do this.
 
The phone will be hit by an external trunk that has CDR enabled, ICDD is correct and I have switched this on, seems silly to have a CLS that blocks internal but not external CDR on a set by set basis.

I played yesterday and my only answer is to block external CLID with CLBA and fire it out and back in a trunk.
