CDR output from ACD set

In our CDR output from a CS1000M we are seeing the ACD Position ID as the source of outbound calls from an ACD set.

Is there a configuration change that can be made to have the true Key 1 DN (on which the outbound call is made) appear as the source of the call in CDR output?

I think you are stuck with the way it is now. If there were a way to change it in the system, it would end up changing it for all phones, not just the ACD phones, so you would have issues with the regular users.
I have worked with several after market systems designed to give reports and I have not found a way to manipulate the data in any of them either, to show the reports as you are hoping.
