The system is a Option11, Release 20 software.
Standard calls to the PSTN log correctly, the called number shows as
31011025303303
3101 is the route access code
1 is the number dialled to access the PSTN
025303303 is the PSTN number called
But on a VPN call to a 4 digit number, say 6789, the call record shows the number called as 310189
3101 again the route access code
89 is the VPN number dialled. (67, the Distant Steering Code is missing)
I would like it to show the number dialled as 6789.
In the CDB, LD15, CPRP=NO,
In the RDB, LD16, OPD=YES
Changing OPD to NO makes no difference,
Changing CDRP to Yes logs the dialled number as 310167 (I now miss the 89 on the end)
Changing OPD now to YES or NO makes no difference. (yes I did ini the switch)
What I am trying to achieve is the dialled number to show as
Route access code, Distant Steering Code, Remainder of dialled number.
ie 31016789
What programming is required in LD15 and LD16 to achieve this?
