We have a Definity One G3V7. Looking to add a call management software application (Microcall) and just trying to make sure that it will work with the Definity One. It requires access to a CDR or SMDR Port via RS232/serial or IP. I don't see a RS232/serial port on our system. We do have it setup on our network and I manage it via IP.
How can I check to see if this will work. Not familiar with CDR or SMDR and I don't know if my system supports it.
