Hi,

I’m trying to configure CCM 3.3(2) and Varamark E-CAS call accounting system for internal and external calls. Now the question is “does Cisco Call Manager develop CDR records for internal calls?” Second question after configuring Service parameters and Enterprise Parameter on CCM and establishing a link between CCM and E-CAS system, I’m not seeing any data on the CDR files which are sitting on CCM CDR directory. Well thanks for taking you time and I hope anyone can help me out….

Are you sure you are populating the CDR database? If you go into query analyser and select CDR as the databse then runa query on the tables do you see information?

CDR settings have two choices SL1 & Norstar, the Norstar format is far more comprehensive, it may be worth to try this option.

Apologies - I had the BCM on my mind :) The CM CDR I have worked with does not have Internal records.
