Is there a way to push/pull the CDR info to a laptop that is directly connected to LAN 1 10.10.10.1. Laptop is 10.10.10.2. Do I need a CDR application runing on the laptop?

On the Bcm main page download and install the "cdr pull client".It's pretty easy to configure.

Thanks,Cdr is downloaded and the config was easy, but can you guys recommend a 3rd party vendor app for CDR.

we're also trying a call accounting software to work with the BCM but in real time, just like the BCM monitor. do yo guys know which protocol/port does the BCM monitor use to receive CDR data?

for now the call accounting software reads the CDR text logs that is being pulled every 30 minutes but the client prefers to have it in real time

If it's for bcm50 Rel_3 take a look at the "Activity Reporter"(not the basic one), it's pretty cheap, installs in minutes and made by RSI.

we're using a BCM 4.0 so no option for activity reporter. anyone has an idea what port the BCM monitor uses? just like the EM using port 5989
