I am having issues with CDR collection on a BCM400 Rel. 3.7 while trying to use the CDR Live Stream.
When I execute the Nortel BCM CDR Client on the Windows XP Computer, I get an error that state access is denied.
Does anyone know if Windows XP with no Service Packs will work OR is there a way to allow DCOM to communicate and stop blocking?
I simply need to collect cdr data and see the live calls. Is there another program that may work with this and capture the cdr real time like a third party client of some kind? The end-user is currently using Metropolis Software for their call accounting, which works fine. Its just getting the cdr from the bcm that's an issue.
In the Error Logs these are the messages I end up with:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer 192.168.5.200:8 using any of the configured protocols.
DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer 192.168.5.200:4 using any of the configured protocols.
DCOM got error "General access denied error " from the computer BCM400 when attempting to activate the server:
