I have tried to make CDR Pull work on a BCM 3.6 with the patches installed but it will not work. What is the trick to programming FTP on the BCM? Any assistance will be appreciated.

Check this on the CDR issue.
Go the the BCM command line.
Then navigate to ....
D:\data files\nortel networks\call detail recording

Run a DIR command to see how many files are in the directory.
More than 1000 files causes CDR Pull to fail.

If you are familar with does commands you can delete files from the command prompt. If not there is another way via VNC access but would advise the DOS route first.

I was able to make it work last night. I am using a computer with Windows XP Media Edition. That works really well. I was not able to make it work with Windows XP Pro. Any computer with XP Pro would connect but not data. When I switched to XP Media Edition it worked immediately. Go figure.

XP Pro, SP2, has an overabundance of security.
Most likely a DCOM setting.

I would recommend confirming you have all the firewall settings disabled and disable any antivirus programs. I have noticed in the past as certain windows updates where installed it enabled the firewall without your permission. I have it working on various sites but I have asked the customer to manual install updates rather than windows doing it automatically.
