our CDR runs off our exts. my question is how can i run a CDR on one particular console? i have a printout of the console and under IADN (indiv. att. DN)it's blank. Can i simply program a DN in this field and then put that DN in my CDR? or will that mess anything up? also, i see a field called ICRD (internal CDR) which is set to denied. what exactly is Internal CDR? if i change this to ALLOWED will that help? i have three consoles and I'd like to see how much time they are spending on calls. thank you.

You will have to run a traffic report to get this information on the console. Only in traffic will you get this information.

but if i have four consoles and one is manned by a, one by b, one by c and one by d, how is a traffic study going to tell me which of the four operators (a,b,c or d) is the most or least efficient?

The traffic report will tell you how much time they are spending on calls. this will work on MAT or OTM .

i don't think i am wording my question correctly. I actually already have a traffic study. If there is no DN on each console, how do i know which console is manned by which operator?? So that if Console 1 is answering a million calls and console 2 is answering two calls, how do i know which physical person is manning console 2? so i know who to terminate? one of the consoles is being manned poorly, but without a DN how do i know who is actually answering that particular console?
