CDR on 3Com NBX100/NBXV300ip 1

Hi
I am more an Avaya,Nortel & Panasonic man but I need to set remote call logging on these systems.Can they output to a Lan and if so what is the password? Are there any tech manuals I can download? Thanks. PS I do not want to learn these systems just get the CDR info from them to a cental PC 60 miles away via a VPN/Scannex

You can download the manual at 3com.com support site.
The CDR has to be enabled on the system first. Then download the correct version of the CDR application for the software version on your NBX and install that on the PC.
You need to configure the CDR with the ip address and admin password for the NBX.
It will then pull the cdr information across the net...
