CDR not including internal calls 1

Does anyone know what I need to change in the Meridian 81C to include all calls made from or to a phone extension? I have made several test calls to specific extensions and internal extension to extension calls do not show up on the report.

Change the CLS of the phne to ICDA (internal call detail recording allowed)

Hi Hawks,
Thanks for the info. I made the change on 1 3904 and tested it. All the report prints for that call is "nx", not sure if I need to make any other changes on the switch. Any ideas??

You should be getting an "L" record output from your CDR.
That is the internal cdr record output. If you are dumping to a file on a pc you should be able to filter into an Excell sheet or a filter on MS Word.
