CDR not coming one route

We a one 61Cwith a customer having below problem.

Only on E&M Route not showing CDR, the rest PRI and other routes working proper, please see the route and trunk prtint out below.

I would guess that CDR records are being generated, but your CDR application is not configured to report them.

No for test i checked with my Laptop terminal, its shows other 2 route CDR but not the above one.

You might also try turning SUPN to NO on the trunks. It seems like I had a similar problem a long time ago with E&M trunks and turning SUPN off cleared it. I remember supervision being the problem but I don't remember if it was CDR related or not. Might be worth a try...

I'm not sure I understand your question. Just make the change on the E&M trunks in LD 14.

He means set SUPN to NO on 12-0-14-0 and 12-0-14-1

I'm pretty sure that if you change CDR options on route, you need to initialize for them to take effect.

No, you don't have to INI for any change to a Route.
