could any one help me to resolve the frquent cdr link down in hipath 4000 v 5.0 with tms opera system

On the HiPath type DIS-LSSM;
and you will see if port 1202 is active (the default CDR port) and also what port the CDR Collector is listening on.
If you cannot see the CDR collector IP address or port then it is not connected.
To test connect in with Hyperterminal or similar to 192.0.2.3:1202 and see if you get a line of hashes ############

dear sbcsu
thanks for your response
please note that it is working and some times in a day or week or 15 days,the port get hang.
In the TMS pc both cdr and amos commands are working with the port 1201 and 1202. in one cable between tms and atlantic port.ip 192.0.2.3.
some times the cdr link port 1202 is get hanged and no cdr data recieved by opera system in the hotel.and the port 1201 has no problem for ever.
hope i have explained my problem and need the solution to resolve this issue.

Make sure that the Server/PC collecting the data has its network port set to 10/100 Full Duplex and not autonegotiate.

It's off the wall, but windows also has a setting that says "allow windows to turn off this device to save energy" in the power management settings....
